Plastic Crusher Blades
Plastic crusher blades are also called plastic machine blades. They come in a wide variety and have good sharpness. They are mainly used for crushing in industries such as plastics and rubber. Like other blades, they require accurate geometric tolerances to ensure good assembly quality with the machine. They require the selection of blade materials and chemical compositions that are suitable for different needs of users and crush different objects. They require a suitable blade angle to keep the blade sharp and make the blade strong without chipping during use. They require a good heat treatment process to achieve the appropriate hardness and very small internal stress of the blade, so that the plastic crusher blade will not deform during use.
