Single-Shaft Shredder Blades
Single-shaft shredder blades are used for processing materials such as wooden blocks, old fixtures, rubber, and plastics. Common sizes for single-shaft shredder blades are 60x60x30 mm and 40x40x25 mm, with a rounded (R-shaped) cutting surface. The blades feature either convex or flat holes in the center, and typically, single-shaft shredder blades have four cutting tips.
Material
- Cr12mov, SKD11, D2, Dc53, Ld, etc. The surface can be coated to improve the wear resistance of the blade and extend the service life of the blade. The main coating element is: Ti (titanium) with a golden color.
- The hardness of the single-axis shredder blade is generally controlled at HRC59-62.
- Heat treatment: Often undergo heat treatment to enhance hardness and durability.
Design
- Single shaft: Mounted on a single rotating shaft.
- Multiple blades: Typically, multiple blades are arranged along the shaft, each designed to cut or shred the material.
- Counter knives: Work in conjunction with stationary counter knives to create a cutting action.
