Single-Shaft Shredder Blades

As the name implies, single-shaft shredder blades are installed on the shaft of single-shaft shredders, also known as moving blades. They are square-shaped with curved edges, featuring a center hole for mounting. The edge of the blade is recessed inward, designed to work in conjunction with the stationary blades on the shredder.

Single-shaft shredder blades are used to process various waste materials, including wood blocks, old fixtures, rubber, and plastics. Common sizes for single-shaft shredder blades are 60x60x30 mm and 40x40x25 mm, with R-shaped cutting edges. The center hole can be either convex or flat, and each blade typically uses four cutting tips.

Multi-Shaft Shredder Blades

Multi-shaft shredder blades are claw blades that are designed to be installed on dual-shaft or quad-shaft shredders. Depending on the design from different manufacturers, they can be classified into 3-claw, 8-claw, and 12-claw blades. These blades are used for crushing, tearing, and compressing materials to reduce their size, and they are widely used in the shredding of waste plastics, rubber, wood, and other bulky waste.
